Duties:
1. Network Management
- Handling daily operation job and supporting users on different system case;
- Monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting and resolution of issues and escalating to the appropriate technical resources to resolve issues;
- Monitoring of network usage, network devices, servers etc,
- Managing a team with 22 people in different groups; define KPI & SLA to the team for each task;
- Providing frequent updates and reports in English and Mandarin ;
- Presenting status updates and progress reports clearly and effectively ;
- Consolidate the monitor data to generate the report and analyses, present the reports to management for decision;
- Maintain the team performance to meet the KPI.

2. Project Management
- Maintaining project management processes and methodologies to ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet client expectations;
- Monitoring the progress made by subcontracted vendors and third party service providers and providing frequent updates to project stakeholders
- Tracking key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources as required
- Assisting the systems, act as technical consultant;
- Identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems escalated from IT support systems and support calls;
- Providing training to support teams and providing tier L 1/2 support;
- Leading the development of the Service Desk system(Salesforce Apex/SOQL)
- Technical support/design of the IT infrastructure projects (Service Management Tools Migration/Server Room Migration/Networking Upgrade...)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field ;
- At least 8 years working experience in network planning/ support; Experience in MNC network operation center or related;
- At least 5 years team management experience;
- Experience in critical incident management, problem management;
- CCNA or CCNP certified is an advantage;
- Knowledge in Java and Remedyforce will be advantage;
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English;
- Positive and can-do attitude, can work independently;
- Good communication skill.
