ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Review and schedule production (timing, volume, method)
+ Monitor if the actual quantity of finished goods matches the logistical planning and forecast (SAP)
+ Meet quality objectives by ensuring compliance to quality systems and partner with quality function as necessary
+ Continuous development of more cost-effective processes and reducing waste while also increasing productivity and employee satisfaction
+ Promote and monitor the implementation of company's Production System
+ Inspect and test materials/machines/products at various stages in the production process to ensure highest quality
+ Develop and draw adequate workflow layouts, fixtures etc. to promote the continuous improvement of the injection workshop
+ Foster interdepartmental communication (R&D, QC etc.) to achieve optimal results
+ Maintain equipment and processes to a very high standard of efficiency and safety
+ Troubleshooting, problem solving and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ (Technical) Management / Production Management / Manufacturing / Materials Management Major in College / University
+ More than 5 years work experience as a Injection Supervisor / Chief Team Leader or in an applicable field
+ Profound knowledge of plastic/molding machines and procedures required
+ MS Office; SAP; CAD, Pro/Engineer
+ Leadership experience necessary
+ Strong planning and organizational skills
+ Problem-solving ability
+ Team-oriented and communicative
+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ Good written and spoken communication skills in English
