ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A international company who producing engine parts and automotive electric components
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Changshu, Jiangxi Province, China
Reporting to:
QA Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Focus on providing confidence that customers' requirements will be fulfilled
+ Be responsible and coordinating with all cases related to customer
+ Form 8D team when got customer complaint, coordinate team member to solve problem, maintain the record
+ Quality service on customer side when request
+ Core person for preparing and follow up the customer audit
+ Study latest ISO and main customer quality system requirement, knowledge share by internal training
+ Daily communicate with colleagues from site in other country , find the solution about quality issue
+ Empower to arrange cross functional meeting to solve customer complaint or prepare the coming customer audit
+ Sign the sample report package as approved
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred
+ Working in automotive manufacturing company more than 5 years, could be the engineer from customer quality service, quality planning or quality assurance
+ Familiar with automotive quality special requirement, (e.g. VW formel Q; FORD Q1; GM procedures)
+ Familiar with automotive quality system requirement, e.g. TS16949, VW formel-Q, GM GPs etc. + Qualified process auditor
+ Good application skill for problem solving tools (3*5why, fishbone etc.)
+ Strong skill in customer communication
+ Good English communication skill
+ German skill is prefer
