Supplier Quality Manager
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the establishment and implementation of procedures that support Changshu goals and objectives for continuous improvement and cost and waste reduction
+ Responsible for the establishment and administration of systems and procedures to monitor the performance of outside suppliers regarding product quality and reliability
+ Responsible for monitoring supplier conformance to Hilite Changshu and customer requirements for ISO/TS 16949 conformance
+ Responsible for the coordination of the development of inspection techniques that correlate between Changshu plant and its supplier base
+ Responsible for evaluating supplier conformance to the AIAG Production Part Approval Process and any special Changshu plant or customer requirements and is responsible to assure the necessary records of conformance are adequately maintained
+ Responsible for coordinating the resolution of customer concerns that are the result of supplier non- conformance and to assure that a documented corrective action is provided for customer review as required
+ Act as liaison between the supplier and Hilite product engineering and be responsible for communicating supplier requests for engineering changes through the change management system
+ Responsible for the review, documentation, verification and approval of supplier corrective actions and the maintenance of supplier corrective action monitoring systems
+ Responsible for the development and maintenance of systems and procedures to monitor and report supplier quality performance both internally and to various suppliers
+ Provide support to various factory teams in the resolution of quality concerns regarding purchased components and processes
+ Responsible for verifying and approving all supplier advanced quality planning activities and for providing assistance as required to the supplier in the development of these activities at the various supplier locations
+ Responsible for conducting onsite Quality Systems Assessments at the various supplier locations to assure conformance of the supplier quality systems to Changshu plant, customer and AIAG ISO/TS 16949 requirements
+ Assist or provide leadership in internal Changshu plant quality audits to assure Changshu plant conformance to its documented quality systems.
+ Provide recommendations as to the acceptability of any new or potential suppliers to Changshu plant
Requirements:
+ A mechanical or mechatronics engineering degree or the equivalent in experience is required
+ Around 4-5 years of SQE experience is required
+ Be proficient in the development and evaluation of process control plans, FMEA, process flow diagrams, and SPC
+ Have a familiarity with machining, injection molding, plating, nitriding, metal stamping, powder metal, coil winding or deep draw processes
+ Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
+ Good communication skill and positive working attitude
+ Good English skills
