Responsibilities
? Assembly and test yield overall management for all of the products
? Commonality analysis by product design/process/machine/material/failure mode
? Coordinate different teams to continuously improve yield by optimization projects (Manufacture/Equipment/Quality/Process)
? Daily abnormal case follow up and analysis
? Be familiar with the JMP or other statistics analysis software and statistics knowledge
Requirements
? Requires BS/BA degree with statistics analysis
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
