职位描述

HR Manager（英国独资企业，巨资新建厂房。多条生产线的制造和研发从国外迁至国内,公司提供员工星级标准住宿。有英国总部培训机会）

Act as a proactive HR Manager to support Jiaxing GM in all HR general matters, esp. in recruiting, employee relationship management, so as to better support business needs in people strategy implementation, communication, and project management.

Key tasks

1. Key contact for managers in Jiaxing regarding HR issues:

- Two way communication with managers

- Ensuring availability of HR services locally

- Staffing and recruiting issues

2. Follow up HR KPI and support to implement action plans;

3. Support GM on decision-making and implementation.

4. Support GM on network development within plant.

5. Maintain good relationship with local schools and authorities;

6. Drive negotiation locally by close cooperation with managers, employees and labour union;

7. Support all people processes implementation in Jiaxing;

8. Provide daily consultancy to staff and managers regarding people development, resources & competence planning, Employee Engagement Survey, recruitment and C&B related matters;

9. Understand employee's requirement, and support to work on action plan

10. Support Jiaxing GM on other HR issues when needed.

Prerequisites

· BA degree or corresponding knowledge.

· Minimum 4 years HR experience in multinational manufacturing environment

· HR generalist with solid experience on staffing, people development, employee relation, communication preferred.

· Solid perception on labour law and regulations.

· Excellent communication skill

· Excellent trouble-shooting and HR project management experience preferred.

· Strategic thinking preferred
