JOB PROFILE
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure sufficient workforce and talent pool
Implementing the company's human resources strategy and program by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy
Be consultant to other business HR team in hiring & selection
Ensure timely and effective employment management
Pursue and maintain healthy and effective employee relationships
Ensure smooth and sufficient internal communication
Background:
Bachelor degree
More than 3 years experience in HR function
Good English reading/writing/speaking skills
Able to work independently, under pressure and with others
Experience in a multinational manufacturing company is a must
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office
Work Environment & Physical Demands
