职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
MRO parts, maintenance services and non-inventory item sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and expediting through procurement ERP/PeopleSoft System;
Cross function communicate for specification, scope of work and delivery schedule for order placement;
Coordinate with local/oversea suppliers to maintain reasonable inventory for MRO parts & other materials with periodically review on safety stock, slow moving and consumption;
Follow Corning competitive bidding process to ensure reasonable price for non-inventory purchasing;
Manage suppliers’ performance on delivery, quality and service
Support warehouse on physical goods/ERP system receiving and coordinate payments schedule to supplier;
Achieve cost saving goals based on company strategy;
Conduct end user on purchasing request submission process according to procurement policy;

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, Engineer or other related
2-3 years’ experience in purchasing & contract negotiation area is preferred
