1. 职位概述
Job Summary
依据公司财务制度与流程，及时准确的记录应收、应付账款，审核发票和付款申请，保证相应的收入的入账符合公司规定。
Following Company policies and finical procedure, records enter timely and checks invoices /payment vouchers, entered revenue and cost comply with the company rules

2. 任职要求
Qualification & Requirements
教育背景：本科以上学历
Education Background: Bachelor and above
工作经验：3 年以上相关会计工作经验
Working Experience: 3 years and above accounting working experience
专业技能：会计操作技能
Professional skills: Accounting skill
发票管理技能：税务基本知识
Invoicing management skill:Basic Tax knowledge
通用技能
General skills
严谨，细节导向及精准
Rigorous, detail oriented and precise
良好的办公软件(Word, Excel)的使用能力
Good computer skills of office software (Word, Excel)
书面及口头沟通能力
Communication skills both in written and oral

3. 工作内容：
核对营运点上交的销售收入统计表并据此录入销售收入
Checks the sales reports from operation sites and books the correct sales into SAP
结转已开票的应收账款金额
Transfers the invoiced amount from the un-invoice AR balance to customer account
计提坏帐准备金并录入系统
Calculates the bad debt provision amount and post to SAP.
统计每月用餐人数并输入SAP
Inputs the meal number into SAP according as site report
与营运和客户核对未收款记录
Reconciles the open AR items with operation team and client
在应收账款科目里核销对应的收款和发票记录
Clears the open items under AR balance
定期发送应收账款报告给营运管理人员
Provides DSO report to operation team regularly
解答营运管理和控制员的咨询.
Replies the question from OC and operation.
分析应收账款余额，落实长期未收款项，处理无发票的应收账款

Runs AR accounts closing balance analysis, follows up the longterm balance clearing and adjustment 举报 分享
