? Develop amd maintain recruitment channel.
? Network / benchmark with other organizations to stay aware of and share industry best practices
? Work closely with the group heads to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and standards.
? Prepare detailed JD for all positions, including clear definition of the role within the teams
? Handle everything from understanding and gathering the position requirements, acquiring talent, handling pre-screening, reports on the right candidates as well as conducting thorough reference checks.
? Accountable for identifying, evaluating, selecting and leveraging the most productive, cost effective regional recruitment channels / tools
? Conduct the first round interview with the candidates, recommend high quality candidates to line manager with detailed comments.
? Prepare and issue offer letter to the confirmed candidate and inform relevant team of the on board date of new employee.
? Handle does interview scheduling and onboarding of all candidates
? Align the processes, drive best practice standardization, promote accountability of metrics
? Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization team leaders on recruiting resources / systems / procedures / compliance
? Lead and maintain training for utilization of recruitment tools ( external job boards, data-mining of electronic talent pool, etc…)
? Lead the University Relations function, must ensure a continuous pipeline of high performing, diverse university candidates
? Develop and deploy employer branding and social media tools for at all levels of the organization for both recruitment and retention
? Responsible for monitoring and driving the talent acquisition metrics: Cost per hire, time to accept, time to present, Diversity, Client Satisfaction, Cost Avoidance, talent network / pipeline, etc...
? Manage annual talent acquisition budgets
? Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.

Basic Qualifications
- Market knowledge with respect to recruiting and designing / deploying efficient / effective processes and practices
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm, preferable with experience in CRE industry is a strong plus.
- Understanding of China local government regulations related to recruiting
- Results orientated and highly adaptable person who can be a supportive team player in a corporate environment
- Ability to drive cultural change, integration experience is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with all levels staff
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Drive, intelligence, and high expectations of self
