职位描述：
? To have a thorough understanding of the contract and ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction;
? To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance, property team members and related subcontractors , and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner;
? To assist the Property Manager in establishing and maintaining good relations and effective communications with the tenants and team members;
? To assist the Property Manager in ensuring that all engineering system operations & maintenance project activities comply with company policies and ethics;
? To assist the Property Manager in leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement programs;
? To assist the Property Manager with the energy management program
? To assist the Property Manager in ensuring that all preventive maintenance activities comply with client’s environmental, healthy and safety (EHS) standards and policies.
? To comply with all company policies, procedures and standards;
? To provide and manage corrective action and service requests and management reports as required and directed and ensure that all activities are documented;
? To co-lead the 5S program for engineering areas with the Engineer (Operations)
