·Develop new colors from customer request in time on daily basis assigned by the supervisor ???
·Accomplish the color styling work and talk to customer per request and evaluate the feasibility of the new colors
·Color development :work on the devleping request within the tolerance set by the supervisor and follow the time plan strictly at the same time, ultilize the cost categories to arrive at the best pigmentation.
·Record and reporting of test result in Formlive SAP and record the pigmentation process
·Perform feasibility risk analysis on a pigmentation for the durability performance.
·Efficiency improvement: Collaborate to shorten the developing dwell time and at the same time keep the deveoped resuts qualified;
·color software and hardwar operation: maintain and caliberate the software( color care,vector ,butler etc ) and hardware(x-rite,byk-mack etc);
Meet the company requirements of quality and EHS
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry
-3 years experience
-commendable in both written and oral English is a must
