职位描述：
Responsibility:
？ DFM review. Review plastic injection tooling DFM reports from suppliers, comment DFM reports and discuss it with ME designer. Feed back to supplier after getting alignment with ME designer.
？ Mold-flow review. Review Mold-flow reports from suppliers, comment Mold-flow reports and discuss it with ME designer. Feed back to supplier after getting alignment with ME designer.
？ Design review for plastic injection tooling. Challenge supplier’s tooling engineer in technical discussion, provide significant recommendation for tooling design.
？ Participate tooling trial shot. Prepare issue report and recommendation.
？ Review the tooling improved proposal and discuss it with ME designer. Feed back to supplier after getting alignment with ME designer.
？ Setup debug process for a technical problem related to tooling or injection molding and align with ME designer.
？ Follow the SeCom guideline to qualify plastic injection tooling.
？ Handle general ME project task such as deal with assembly issue, part review, part verify, etc.
？ Documents work of tooling and project.
？ The trainer for tooling design and injection mold process in the team. Shall be able to teach the ME simple thumb rules for tooling design.
？ Supplier audit, introduce technical standard to suppliers. Support tooling management.


Qualifications:
？ Acceptable to work in Dongguan and frequent business trip.
？ University degree or above, major of tooling design or mechanical design or related.
？ At least 3 years related work experience of plastics tooling design or molding process.
？ Be good at tooling and process of plastics injection.
？ Familiar with plastic materials.
？ Proficient in Pro/E, skill of Mold-flow software will be a plus.
？ Skilled with plastic parts surface treatment, such as painting, plating, print, etc.--- will be a plus
？ Knowledge with DFMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc quality tool.
？ Fluent written and acceptable in spoken English.
？ Good communication and presentation ability.
？ Personality: integrity, team work spirit, creative, result-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, open-minded. 举报 分享
