任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上市场工作经验；
2、可独立策划市场活动，具备较强的组织协调能力；
3、敏锐的市场洞察力，出色的沟通能力及人际关系交往能力；
4、良好的职业操守和职业素质，学习力、自律性强；
5、富有团队精神，用于面对挑战；
6、熟悉少儿英语教育行业，有教育行业工作经验优先；
7、可以适应轮休制。

Marketing Supervisor
Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage the marketing team.
2. Control of marketing budgets.
3. Conducting market research and reports.
4. Constituting and executing of market plan (brand promotion and information collection).
5. Expanding cooperation channels and resource sharing.
6. Organization of training.
7. Monitoring sales procedure and implementation, and finally achieve the sales target.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, 3 years of marketing experience;
2. Organize and design marketing activities individually, good organization and coordination skills.
3. Keen market insight, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Professional ethics, strong learning ability and self-motivation.
5. Strong team spirit
6. Preferable with marketing experiences in children's English teaching.
