Job Description:
-Collect and prepare for documents e.g. Purchase Orders, commercial invoice, packing list, FTA Forms (E.g. Form E) and treatment certificates e.g. Health Certificates as per agreed process with customer supply chain.
-Checks Vendors purchase invoice & packing list against KAS Global purchase orders and works with vendors to get correct documents.
-Provide guidance and instructions to suppliers/ vendors on the requirements on documentation
-Regularly update shipment and documentation status in the shipment plan for existing and future orders.
-Communicate and resolve with KAS merchandisers, 3PLs, suppliers/ vendors and customers on the shipment and documentation enquiries and issues
-Liaise with Finance Team on update of AP/AR file so as to facilitate the payment process
-Resolve the document and payment discrepancies with Finance Team and suppliers/ vendors and external customers
-MIS and reporting as defined.
-Other ad hoc duties/ tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in end-to-end order management, Logistics and supply chain process at trading/ sourcing offices/ 3PLs. Preferred past experience of documentation for Thailand market.
-Excellent Knowledge of Import and Export declaration regulation is an added advantage
-In-depth knowledge of international supply chain process and various import and export document
-Independent, detail-minded, hardworking, responsible and self-motivated
-Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to learn new skills and grow.
-Tertiary education or above
-Good communication skills and can work through issues in a proactive manner
-Possess positive attitude, strong team spirit and strive for continuous improvement in the international supply chain process.
-Good at MS office especially Excel e.g. Pivot Table and Vlookup
-Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English
-Must be able to use Chinese typing in high speed
