· Oversees all aspects of manufacturing process, manages factory performance against quality metrics and objectives,

· Acts as a liaison between the brand and the factory, coordinates & coaches country Manufacturing Auditors, support project initiatives, communicates and aligns resources to address issues,

· improve factory reliability, product consistency, and quality assuranc programs

· At least 10 years of women’s shoes background in production and quality audit

· Strong materials knowledge

· Independent work with US quality team, excellent communicator in both Chinese and English. 举报 分享
