- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;

- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

- general services activities, including but not limited to repair and maintenance of office equipment, stationery purchase, office cleaning and decoration, property management relation;
办公室一般行政支持,包括并不局限于办公设备维护维修、文具采购、办公室清洁、装修、物业沟通协调;
- other related duties as assigned by the GM or Management.

Knowledge, qualifications and experience:
University degree;
Minimum two years working experience (i.e. as a secretary for Senior management or for a project team);
Fluent English, both in oral and writing; Italian language is a plus;
Proficient in using Windows Office, power point for presentations, outlook or similar e-mail system.
Personal skills and characteristics:
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Promotes a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Flexibility, problem solving. Interpersonal and intercultural skills, resilience.
Possibility to work flexible hours in order to communicate with Italy in case of need would be appreciated.
