职位描述：
1 Take responsible for recruitment relevant vender management, including but not limited to logistic, head hunter, RPO team, assessment, medical check, E-recruitment.
2 Review and renew the contracts with these venders, coordinate with the internal legal and finance department to create the PRO account.
3 Be responsible for recruitment cost control, book down the expense and track the payment process, provide the monthly recruitment fee report. Support budget forecasting, allocation and each quarter budget review.
4 Work closely with TA Manager and HRBP, tracking the HC status and recruitment process.
5 Support candidate's logistic and medical check booking and expense confirmation.
6 Take charge of internal posting updating and internal referral tracking
7 Provide recruitment relevant analysis report as asked
8 Other tasks if needed
 Qualification
1 1-2year recruitment related experience in MNC
2 Good communication skills
3 Proficient in both oral and written English passed CET-6
