职位描述：
Key Responsibilities（明确职责）：
1.Responsible for in-process quality improvement, oriented by internal and customer’s expectation.
2.Process studies and mapping process & data analysis to evaluate process capabilities and identify improvement opportunities through controllable variables optimizing.
3.Work with PQC team and cooperate with other teams to implement improvement actions to realize process capability significant improvement.
4.Quickly response for quality issue addressing, flexible to use rational and reasonable quality tools to evaluate real issue status and risk.
5.Support CQS to deal with related customer complaints, and make containment actions and improvement solutions.

Qualification（职位要求）：
1.B.S. degree or above in Engineering.
2.Mechanical knowledge will be a plus.
3.Candidate must be accountable and be willing to work in pressure environment. Strong positive attitude to grow up and open for challenging.
4.Good understanding with SPC, FMEA, MSA and other related quality knowledge. Black belt will be a plus.
5.Working language both English and Chinese. 举报 分享
