职位描述：
现场土建完成情况跟踪

1. 现场井道尺寸测量，井道整改协调

2. 扶梯进场前协调（道路，运输路径，场地，临时电源，吊钩，吊装队，资料准备）

3. 安装（装饰板到货，存放地点，临时水电，工期安排）

4. 现场保护，问题总结，反馈，缺料记录，补件

5. 与各车站承包商、各相关专业的施工协调

6. 项目进度会议，现场会议，周会

7. 档案资料

8. 调试协助

9. 梯级到货

10. 政府验收（报装资料，自检报告，报验，验收招待，补资料，取证，整改）

11. 客户验收

12. 吊装、安装现场拍照（客户要求）

13. BAS调试及客户验收

14. 智能化测试

15. 其它需配合的验收（防烟测试，车站功能验收等）

22. 验收问题整改及复查

23. 陪同业主、监理巡站

24. 安装调试计划
