Responsibilities:
This main responsibility of this position is to manage district sales engineers and application engineers team to achieve sales quota in selling Machine Vision product to manufacturing plants, machine/robot builders, system integrators etc. North-eastern district include Tianjin, Northern Heibei, Eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang. Other responsibility may also be assigned.
Reporting :
Reports to Greater China Northern Regional Sales Manager.
Candidate Specification
Professional Qualification
- The applicant should have at least 7 years of sales experience, and at least 3 years as sales manager, with proven success, in selling technical, automation products, sensors, or optical instrument to manufacturing plants, machine/robot builders, system integrators etc.
- The applicant should possess very good understanding of sales process.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with decision making level customers.
- Good organizational skill for personal and team work.
- Able to effectively dispatch responsibility and work based on the analysis of task complication and staff skill level.
- Able to effectively prioritize work based on the target and resource analysis.
- Experience in managing sales channel is a high plus.
Personal Qualifications
- Must have Engineering or Science Bachelor Degree.
- Have good sense of responsibility toward achieving assigned goal and customer satisfaction, and can take necessary and enough action for realizing these goal.
- Strong drive for success.
- Able to persist to do whatever it takes to overcome difficulty in achieving goal.
- Integrity.
- Very good presentation, communication and listening skills in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of using PC and PC networking is essential
Location
This position will be based in Tianjin. Frequent business trips are required.
