职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
？ Report to COO, and oversees supply chain development in the business.
？ Aligning with corporate goals, including the evaluation and recommendations for scorecard targets, KPI's and significant capital expenditures.
？ Focus on strategically leads and executes key Supply Chain functions including replenishment & inventory planning, strategic dynamic sourcing and inbound network optimization.
？ Lead and implement forecasting, lead-time reduction, on time delivery improvements, consignment concepts etc.
？ Develop effective department structure, staffing and workflow to ensure the department organization aligns with corporate organizational structure.
？ Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed.

Main Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain management, MBA is a plus
？ At least 15 years or above supply chain experience working in big manufacturing industry; able to work in a global network and lead local team members.
？ Hands on manager able to train and mentor the team.
？ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
