职位描述：
Key responsibilities
1）Vendor PO Management
? Fulfil the purchase orders with satisfying lead times; on time delivery rate and documentation accuracy;
? Review and implement efficient alternatives by planning the optimum mass production schedule, optimizing appointed material delivery, managing suppliers on the order management SOP’s;
? Alert the concerned functions on late milestones and obstacles to mass production to anticipate and minimize possible delays due to internal processes;
? Work out recover plan after the receipt of reject conclusion from quality team before the shipment;
2）Logistics Management
? Negotiate the optimum logistics conditions with suppliers and ensure its implementation and improvement during mass production by planning safety stock for critical long lead time raw material, grouping small orders in batch production, and enabling material purchase against forecast;
? Implement Logistic Agreements with key appointed material suppliers on fabrics and components, plan initial stock at collection start, safety stock during the collection and monitor mini-batch production at the collection end to ensure mass production launch at collection, shortening lead time and minimizing obsolete stock;
? Manage the 3PL of DAMCO, and be able to use the DAMCO system for logistic tracking and reporting.
? Manage the vendor’s performance of container utilization.
3）Vendor Management
? Track and implement the Vendor Reward & Penalty Agreement for shipments with suppliers according to company policy, calculate and implement the reward or penalty amount at suppliers on monthly basis according to defined SOP;
? Layout capacity planning with suppliers by category of products with precise production line configuration;
? Compute and evaluate supply chain performance KPI, identify low performing areas at supplier level, participate in supplier score card rating and implement improvement action plans to achieve optimum supply chain performance;

Job Requirement:
? Above college degree, major in business administration or engineering or close.
? 5 years above working experience of production planning management in manufacturing industry;
? A good knowledge and experience of ERP applications, such as JDE, SAP, M3 and so on, JDE & M3 are preference;
? A certain knowledge and experience of capacity analysis and planning;
? Good coordination ability in people communications, motivating, team work, and problem solving;
? Very strong capabilities to work with Word, Excel and Power point application;
? Strong skills on handling export documentation & shipment scheduling
? Strong negotiation skills
? Good skills on material planning and production process
? Strong team work skills in multi-culture environment
? Proficient in spoken and written in English and Mandarin 举报 分享

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
