2、依据中心运营目标，制定并落实教学计划；
3、确保所有教师按教学标准和大纲提供高质量的产品和服务；
4、掌握中心的教学质量及各类沟通工作的质量；
5、负责教师的培训、考核、培养和建立学术人员梯队；
6、协助及处理日常发生的各种突发紧急状况；
7、配合中心开展各类活动。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，少儿英语教育行业3年以上教学经验；
2、具有培训教师各项技能的经验；
3、愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法，勇于创新、热爱钻研；
4、出色的沟通能力及人际关系交往能力；
5、热爱儿童和英语教育事业，性格活泼、开朗，具有亲和力。

Teaching Supervisor
Responsibilities
1. Manage the teachers and create a positive team environment;
2. Setting and conducting teaching program.
3. Supervise all teachers providing high-quality products and services in accordance with teaching standards and programs.
4. Supervise teaching quality and communication quality.
5. Training and assessment of teachers, establish academic team.
6. Coordinate and deal with daily emergencies.
7. Assist in organizing all activities.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years teaching experience in children's English teaching.
2. Related skills of training teacher.
3. Accept to new teaching philosophy and methods.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
