A. Main Purpose of the Role
FE / BE order planning
Capacity management
Inventory management
B. Key Areas of Accountability:
Fulfil customer order requirement
Diffusion plan 2 (Front-end), Back-end call off (BE PO#) management
Capacity analysis, Safety stock analysis and management
Pull in /push out management to achieve sales target
Inventory review (non/slow/mover) and adjust safety stock & CODP
new Ramp-up Project management
CLIP & RLIP tracking & improvement
EOL procedure
C. Organizational Context:
Main products/services of organization
The markets served are in the White Goods, DAP, Monitor/TV and Power Supply areas. Asia Pacific (in particular China) will be the focus due to the higher growth rate, Europe and N.A. are the potential market growth market.
Competition is keen in the market; therefore, continuous innovation in improving the performance and reducing costs of our products is a key factor for maintaining and improving our competitive position. As a large proportion of the target customers are in China, we are increasing the presence of this function in our Shanghai office.
Position of unit in the value chain：WeEn Semi. (NXP Bipolar BL) provides products which are key electronic components to many consumer products and manage the business creation, business fulfilment (including manufacturing) and customer service. Main competitors are ST, ON and Vishay.
D. Key Requirements of the Role:
Be proactive, patient, hard-working, obliging, strong logic analysis
Domestic import and export experience is desirable
Competence on problem solving
Capability to work out proposal or solution when encounter the issue.
Familiar with SAP environment, excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis
Easy-going and well communication skill
E. Additional Information:
This is a highly professional role, requiring the jobholder to have a very good educational and employment background in warehouse management. Additionally the jobholder must also be able to work effectively in a team, obtaining services and pursuing priorities through peers who are not his/her subordinates and who may be part of a different organisation. He/she must also have a keen sense of customer first.
F. Other Requirements:
5-8 years related working experience in Semiconductor Industry.
Import & Export experience prefer
Fluent English, Mandarin
G. Education Requirements:
Colleague degree above
