职位描述：
岗位职责：
-了解分析客户招聘需求，制订个性化招聘方案，并按期完成销售目标；
- 开发新客户，维护老客户，并进行二次销售；
- 快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度；
- 收集有效行业信息，分析市场需求，设计行业招聘解决方案；
- 负责应收帐款的管理。

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历；
-热衷销售工作，工作主动性强，有较强的抗压能力；
-普通话流利，责任心强，有良好的客服意识和团队意识；
-有销售岗位从业经验者优先。

薪资结构：无责任底薪（3000元/月）+提成+奖金
补贴：通讯、交通补贴
工作实行五天工作制（周末双休），并享受国家法定节假日及带薪年假等各类国家规定的假期
