职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Identify the business opportunity and propose future tactics with regards to his/her region;
2.translate brand yearly activation plan into customer activation plan with coming the brand strategy,company objectives and consumer insights;
3.Implement,follow up and evaluate in-store activation in different channel and accounts by closely working with key account and filed sales team;
4.Monitor and report brand A&P budget on a monthly basis, accountable for A&P budget in his/her region;
5.Track and push new product listing in key account;
6.Develop shelf merchandiser guideline by considering the brand requirement and the trade reality;
7.3rd promotion agency management
Requirements:
1.University/College graduate;
2.Solid trade marketing/key account experience with at least 2 years hands on background;
3.Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification,analysis and solving;
