职位描述：
This position is responsible for operational activities for E-commerce accounts. Covering the E-commerce customer programs on a Greater China Area, with engagement internally and externally with multiple countries. The incumbent should maintain and follow up operational procedures in order to reach the highest customer service standard.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Degree holder or equivalent in logistics field
? 5 + years relevant experience with a proven track record in operational management
? Computer knowledge (MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, etc.)
? Effective interpersonal skill and presentation skills
? Strong business orientation and process mindset
? Good analytical skills
? Understanding and passion for driving Operational Excellence
