Manages the sale of the organization’s products or services to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Value Added Reseller (VAR) accounts on a national or geographic basis. Incumbents at the Director and Senior Director level typically manage other sales managers. Incumbents at the Manager level may manage only individual contributor sales account managers or may manage the organization’s relationship with resellers or agents; they also may carry their own sales quota. The incumbent’s level may be determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility (e.g., region vs. district vs. branch), the size or significance of the industry or product segment for which the incumbent is responsible, or other factors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Achieve the target goal (Booking/Billing) Quarterly & Annually
? Product promotion & Business development on Industrial or Communication Market
? Follow up the KSO, DI & DW status regularly – reasons for DW/DL
? Tracking the transferring programs
? Rep/Disty management – Pushing orders, check inventory, POS & FCST
? Collect Marketing information – Competition, SWOT & Future Trend
? Travel in China for key accounts w/ or w/o Rep/Disty
? Good communication with Factories & Rep/Disty
Qualifications:
? University degree or above; Any additional training in program/project management is a plus.
? +7 years sales or marketing experience in electronic business. Industrial & Power related market experience is a plus.
? Good communication and command - verbal and written in both English, Chinese
? Team player being studious, aggressive and outgoing
? Familiar with International Trading
? Familiar with FPGA products and communication customers
