职位描述：

I. SUMMARY OF THE JOB

Product Develop Engineer (PDE) is leading the technical parts of new product develop in L'Image Home Products Inc, including Product Concept, Product Specification, Drawing, Phototype Sample, Qualification Matrix, Tooling, Building and pilot run, etc.

II. SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Engineering or similar or equivalent in Mechanics or Electronics.

Above 5 years in LIGHTING Industry Product Development or similar experience.
Knowledge of Tooling Construction and process.
Knowledge of Performance request of product.
Knowledge of Safety Request of North America and Europe.
Knowledge of root cause anaysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English.
Be familiar with working procedure of factory.
Availability to travel often between and around Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian provinces,travel required 50%.

Hard working,well organized & pay attention to details.
