Main responsibilities：
1. According to the company’s overall strategic plan, lead the product development team to implement the plan and complete the annual target.
2. Manage, supervise and implement the new product development plan according to the company's product development process.
3. Participate in the new product research, plan the company's product line, explore the new technologies.
4. Communicate with suppliers on technical exchange and determine the project direction and finalize the contract.
Main Requirements:
1 10 + years of technical R&D experience, more than 5 years management experiences in intelligent hardware company.
2 Global perspective, overseas working experience or multinational company working experience, proficient in English;.
3 Proficient in project management process, has rich project management experience, PMP management certificate is preferred.
4 Strong communication and coordination ability, strong team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit.
