Job Description：
1.Perform C&B data analysis
2.Participate annual C&B market survey and work with the consulting company to do the data analysis
3.Benefits management & deliver for employees
4.Collect the insurance reimbursement reports timely
5.Conduct annual merit increase
6.Employee master data maintenance
7.Responsible for the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
8.Employee personal file management including contract and other documents

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related studies.
2.At least 3 years and above experience in HR Payroll; familiar with payroll calculation.
3.Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment; preferably with experience in handling HRIS software.
4.Detail-oriented; strong sense of responsibility with mature personality and good interpersonal skills.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. 举报 分享
