Job Description:
- To prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule from the QC Co-ordinator.
- To double check necessary information and other reference materials in the QC file are on hand before inspection.
- To double confirm with factories on the updated availability of inspection.
- To conduct quality inspections base on AQL for products before shipment.
- To report findings of quality inspection result.
- To issue cargo release certificate for orders passed inspection.
- To collect shipment sample from factory after inspection.
- To work with factory management to correct quality problem.
- To check with merchandisers and co-ordinator to clarify if any point is not clear.
- To prepare weekly inspection result statistical report.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years' relevant working experience in apparel field.
- 3-4 years' working experience of factory technical audit or factory production improvement will be a plus;
- have relevant certification, eg 6 sigma, ISO 9000, will be a plus;
- have 3rd party working experience be a plus;
- Rich fabric inspection experience is preferred.
- Technical qualification in the products handled.
- Good understanding of quality requirements for the products handled and AQL system.
- Good personality with high integrity.
- Good command of English for effective report writing.
- Good interpersonal skill of working with factory people for problem solving under pressure.
- Be willing to travel and station in other places for months. 举报 分享
