职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment:
1. Work as the recruiter responsible for junior and supervisor positions.
2. Conduct hiring process from resume screening, interviewing, to offering process and ensure hiring demand is met with time and hiring quality requirements.
3. Responsible for recruiting channel management, including job openings, refresh, contracts renewal, internal recommendation maintain, etc.
4. Maintain recruiting related data and generate HR reports.
5. Responsible for newcomer on-boarding process, probation follow-up and exit interview.
6. Responsible for announcement issue, such as new comer welcome letter, mobility announcement, recommendation thanks letter, etc.
7. Support line manager on tel-interview and interview coordination for senior positions.
8. Support line manager on campus recruitment and other recruiting projects and activities.

Training:
1. Support line manager on training organization, preparing relevant training Documents, Props, and classroom set up, etc.
2. Support in training vendor contact and participates selection.
3. Responsible for regular training implementation, such as products training, language training, e-learning, etc.
4. Responsible for the training record maintain, providing training reports.
5. Responsible for the payment process.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with fluent English.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in recuritment function, preferred to have experience in MNC.
3. Able to present company to candidates in a positive way, provide consultation to staff in a professinal way.
4. Good communication skills with cross departments, accountable, good team player. 举报 分享
