Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity
- Undertake market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape
- Lead and manage the functions of merchandise buying, marketing and visual merchandising, concession leasing and retail operation
- Formulate, communicate and implement the merchandising plan covering the product mix, brand mix, marketing and communications to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand value preposition
- Direct the advertising, promotion and marketing campaigns effectively to achieve maximum returns
- Ensure the retail presentation including site selection, shop design and visual merchandising to align with the corporate guidelines
- Oversee the retail operations of the department store in the areas of profitability, recruitment, training and inventory control
- University graduate in business related disciplines
- Possess over 10 years’ solid experience with proven track record in fashion brand management with retail business, preferably with department store experience
- With strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge in fashion designers’ labels for the region
- With excellent numerical and analytical skills
- With excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must
