The Job:
- Formulate retail business plan and deliver financial results for the Department store at Beijing.
- Monitor and take steps to optimize metrics and KPI related to sales, revenue and staff cost.
- Establish and reinforce the service and operational excellence culture in the stores so that the sales revenue can be increased.
- Lead the store operations in driving the consistency of policy and practice.
- Keep updated retail trends and best practices and to establish processes for continual feedback and process improvement
- Hire, lead, coach and develop the business acumen of retail team through proper training and guidance.
The Successful Applicant:
- Possess over 10 years retail management experience with 6 years' experience in management level being responsible for the P&L of retail operations.
- Strong business acumen with successful proven track records in leading sizable retail team is essential.
- A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic planning and staff development are essential.
- With experience in department store is preferred.
- With substantial experience in China retail business is a must.
- Staying in Beijing is a must.
