Key Accountabilities:
- Formulate leasing strategies for Galeries Lafayette China
- Plan and lead in all business negotiations with potential tenants
- Lead a team in maintaining close relationships with tenants and brands
- Assess leasing proposals carefully to ensure all aligned with the brand positioning of Galeries Lafayette
- Proactively conduct market research and analysis
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring that fitting-out and refurbishment works are carried out smoothly and aligned with statutory requirements.
- Provide the necessary leadership, coaching and guidance to the team to ensure commitment to achieve the departmental plan and individual objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience with high end shopping malls or department stores
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Experience with MNCs and Global client is a plus
