UP Global Sourcing (Trading as Ultimate Products) is a leading UK branded retail supplier, supplying major customers in UK, Europe, USA and Asia. We have a large trading office and showroom based in Guangzhou and offices in UK, HK and Europe. The company is currently experiencing huge financial growth and as a result the Company is currently on a major recruitment drive to expand its Far East Team. We supply branded products across Housewares, Electrical, Audio, Luggage, Laundry, Sundries and our brands include Beldray, Russell Hobbs, Intempo and Disney. The business is very stable and provides fantastic job opportunities to join a very successful company.
Due to major expansion we currently have 3 jobs available working in our Sourcing/Buying area as a Product Sourcing Merchandiser. The 3 jobs have different product responsibilities which are:
1. Housewares
2. Ceramics and Placemats
3. Audio
Working with the UK buying team, your duties will include:
Sourcing new factories using different methods to find the best factory options for the company
Source new products at the request and requirements of the UK buying team
Building strong relationships and negotiating best trading terms, lead times and prices with the factories.
Visiting factories to identify new products, assess factory standards and quality
Manage factory quotations and product samples as part of the product development process.
Complete buying trips with the UK buying team and attending canton fair exhibitions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience working in a Sourcing / Merchandiser role where you have been required to source products and factories
Product experience in either Housewares, Ceramics or Audio products
Good English language --speaking, reading and writing
Excellent mandarin language
IT skills --especially excel, word and outlook
Able to travel and visit factories on a regular basis

岗位职责：
发掘新的供应商务求寻找到最优化的产品组合。
根据英国总部的质量要求和准则，搜寻最优秀可靠的供应商，并与其进行价格及合同条款方面的谈判，建立良好的合作关系。
       定期访问工厂，寻找新的产品，监管工厂的质量体系。
陪同英国总部的买手参加各种展会，完成报价，安排样板等事宜。

岗位要求:
3年以上专注于相关产品开发工作，熟悉产品特性，有相关的供应商基础。
具有家居用品，陶瓷，餐桌用品，音像产品的开发经验
具有良好英文书写及口语表达能力，沟通技巧
具有良好中文表达能力
熟练运用办公室软件Work, Excel, Outlook
可以定期出差走访工厂
