Position Title: CiiC 3D Multimedia Designer-3P/3D 多媒体设计师-三方
Location: Shanghai
Department: Customer Development

Purpose of the job
You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary 3D Design team and be responsible for the creation of photo realistic 3D real time environments and animations. Your work will include using internal and off the shelf software/technology to create virtual environments for use in such areas as new product visualization, promotional activity development, planogram rationalization virtual category management capabilities and Market Research.

You will be facing the customer (internal & external) where you will be the Virtual Reality expert. As the expert you will help the team to define the best way to do virtual reality and deliver the project.

Key Tasks
? Completing store survey (taking hi-resolution reference shots and recording detailed dimensions)
? Creating the environment shell and internal content using 3D Studio Max
? Co-ordination of external modeling and post production resource
? Converting 3D content for use in internal real time engine
? Product picturing & modeling
? Project quality assurance
? Create and design custom animations
? Create and design videos of the environment
? Create and develop interactive content for different platforms (ie. toolkit, apps)
? Work with the Virtual Reality team based in Shanghai, Singapore and India teams

Experience/Qualifications (must have)
? 3D Studio Max
? 3D modeling for real-time applications (attention paid to polygon count)
? Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly Photoshop
? Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere
? Excellent general IT & AV skills
? English speaking

Experience/Qualifications (optional)
? FMCG experience
? AutoCAD experience
? Scripting or programming basics
? Digital Photography
? Adobe Illustrator
? Light and texture baking in 3D Studio max
? Flash
? Dreamweaver
? Knowledge of any Real-Time Renderer
? Cataloguing and File Management Software Techniques
? A degree in an appropriate course

? Ability to follow direction with good listening skills and follow through
? Quick learner & ability to work under pressure
? Ability to work with remotely, flexible attitude with ability to work on own initiative
? Able to demonstrate ability to work to deadlines – this is not a 9-6 job.

? Strong verbal and written communications skills
? Ability to use processes and understand need for them
? Ability to translate Unilever business needs into VR language, vice versa
