职位描述：
店长（餐饮经理）岗位职责
（一） 宣布与执行公司下达的各项指令和规定
（1）传达、执行总部的各项指令和规定
（2）负责解释各项规定、营运管理手册的条文
（二）制定和完成各项经营指标
（1）营业额指标
（2）费用目标
（3）厨房、吧台的成本率、毛利率目标
店方根据预定的各项经营指标，结合本店的实际情况，制定出完成本月销售计划的执行计划，包括营业计划、商品计划、采购计划、销售促进计划、人力资源计划、费用计划和财务计划等。
（三）门店员工的安排与管理
（1）对员工的考勤、仪容仪表和服务规范执行情况进行监督与管理
（2）对员工进行公平公正的工作分配及绩效考核
（3）抓好员工队伍的基本建设，熟悉和掌握员工的思想状况，时时激励员工保持高昂的工作热情，形成良好的工作状态，让员工具有强烈的使命感、责任心和进取心
（4）不断的对员工进行在职培训，以促进员工整体的业务水平，提高门店员工的工作效率
（5）协调门店各方面的人际关系，使员工有一个融洽的工作环境，增强单店员工的凝聚力
（四）维护门店的清洁卫生、进行门店安全管理
（1）店内设施完好率的保持，设备故障的修理与更换，冰箱、雪柜、及其他器具用具的维护
（2）门店环境卫生。一般按区域安排责任落实到人，由店方检查落实
（3）在营业结束后，对方应对店内的保安人员、消防设施、电源、水源等环节做最后的核实检查，确保安全工作万无一失
（五）监督和审核会计作业
（1）要做好各种报表的管理，例如：顾客意见表、各类记账凭证以及各类会计账本，并定期对会计作业进行监督和审核
（2）加强门店的财产管理，掌握和控制财物的有效合理利用
（六）顾客投诉与意见处理
（1）待客态度谦和热情，妥善处理客人投诉，不断改善服务质量，提高客流管理
（2）加强现场督导，营业时间坚守一线，及时发现和纠正服务中产生的问题
（3）迅速妥善处理各种突发时间：如烫伤、摔伤、盗窃等
二、任职资格:
1、6年以上店长工作经验；
2、外貌清秀、干净阳光；
3、服务意识强，有较好的沟通能力。
