Essential Duties and Responsibilities (list details) ：

Developing quality standards and systems for inspection, testing, and evaluation in compliance with ISO/TS: 16949:2002, ISO14001.
Being responsible for creating, maintaining and updating Quality System Documentation.
Being responsible for managing customer specifications and developing corresponding company’s specifications to ensure compliance with customer and company’s requirements.
Directing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
Compiling and writing training material and conducts training sessions on quality assurance activities.
Managing customer complaints including logging complaints, controlling further processing and closing corrective action reports after verification of the effectiveness of corrective action.
Being responsible for monthly tracking and reporting of customer quality measurable
Leading the advanced quality planning.
Providing guidance on quality systems and quality tools.
Being responsible for evaluating supplier’s compliance to quality system. Monitoring of supplier capability. Recommendation of corrective action for observed deficiencies.
Being responsible for new project development management and product process control, monitor APQP & PPAP process, establishing and maintaining a stable process quality control system, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction
Being responsible to establish annual quality targets and review the performance frequently for continuous quality improvement.
 

Requirement:

University Degree in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience of quality control in automotive industry
Good English skills in speaking and writing
Knowledge of quality standards such as TS16949/ISO14001.
knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system;
knowledge of Microsoft Office
experience in automotive industry, preferred in passive safety products
Familiar with TS 16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.
Good interpersonal communication skills; Extensive product knowledge; good presentation and negotiation skills; and willing to learn.
