职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for OTC for customer, acting as key starter to ensure order key-in correct on time , so as to secure customer service level.

Order Management:
- Daily track Order status, collaborate with cross operation function to settle issue, ensuring order can be arranged on time;
- Communicate with SR/customer/KC for urgent order arrangement;
- Exceptional order issue handling;
- Regular service report and support CCT to do unfulfillment analysis.

AR & Invoice:
- Weekly invoice tracking to clarify the issue and root cause;
- Monthly AR review with KC & CD finance;
- Daily credit hold release application and coordination;
- Customer payment offset or any other financial request.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, customer service experience in FMCG is preferable;
- Team work spirit and quick learning capability;
- Accountability and Responsibility;
- Capability to work under pressure;
- Microsoft office skill (Excel) is needed, and SAP skill is plus;
