一、主要工作职责

1检查生产设备的运行状况。

Check the equipment running status.

2编制设备维修保养计划;技术改造计划。

Establish the equipment maintenance and repair plan, technological transformation plan.

3组织下属实施设备大修理或进行技术改造。

Organize / implement the equipment repair and technological transformation.

4组织下属进行设备设施的日常维修，保证生产正常运行。

Organize the equipment daily maintenance to ensure the production operating normally

5编制并完善设备操作规程及日常维修保养规程。

Establish and update the equipment operating standards, maintenance and repair standards.

6对下属进行技能培训和考核。

Implement training to maintenance technician and operators, check and evaluate their skills.

7编制机配件采购计划。

Make out the purchasing plan of spare parts according to maintenance plan.

8整理设备技术资料并存档。

Keep and update machinery documents and update the record.

9建立并不断完善设备档案。

Establish and improve the equipment record continuously.

10对设备维修费用进行控制。

Control the maintenance cost.

11组织召开设备管理会议，通报设备使用情况，提出改善意见。

Organize the equipment management meeting, report the machine service condition and provide the improvement suggestion.

12对设备安全进行不断的改善。

Keep the improvement of equipment to ensure the safety.

13对新设备使用者进行技术培训。

Implement training to the new operator.

14对设备设施进行改进，控制能源费用。

Carry out the machine improvement, control the energy sources cost.

15处理设备维修中遇到的难题，进行临时故障抢修。

Deal with the problem during the maintenance and give support to the equipment trouble shooting any time if needed

二、职位要求：

1.机械、自动化或相关专业大学专科学历

College or above, major in Mechanical, Automation or related

2.具有高级电工技术，熟悉阅读设备电路图，熟练掌握自动控制技术，具有高级机械维修技术，熟练阅读机械图纸。

With senior technician skills, be familiar with reading equipment circuit diagram and machinery drawings, on

top of autocontrol technology and senior equipment maintenance,

3.5年以上生产型企业设备维护工作经历，2年以上生产管理工作经历

At least 5 years experience in maintenance of industrial manufacturing machinery and 2 years experience in

production management

4. 熟悉本行业产品、原材料及设备加工方面的知识，具有机加工方面的知识，良好的沟通能力和管理技巧

Be familiar with the related production, raw materials and equipment knowledge; have machinework knowledge;

good communication and management skills

5.敬业、钻研、廉洁、合作、执行力

Votive, analytical, honest, teamwork, execution

6.具有电工证

Electrician certificate

7.勤奋、认真仔细,良好的沟通能力..

Hard working, careful, good communication skills
