Job Summary
:
- Manages The Performance and Output of the Kunshan- based Sourcing Team to provide constant and coordinated operations in support of sourcing
- Finished goods ftys (counter sampling and new fty investigations)
- Fabrics (sourcing/ development at the direction of BTV raw material/ PM team)
- Accessory/ Trim (sourcing/ development at the direction of BTV raw material/ PM team)
Job Duties:
- Manages Garment Sampling and BOM costing activities at Kunshan Sample facility on a monthly deliverable schedule
- Coordinates RFI/ RFQ with candidate factories at the direction of the OW BUD
- Coordinates with internal Product Operations and QA colleagues in vendor on-boarding of candidate factories at the direction of the OW BUD
- Coordinates all sourcing activities and investigations at the direction of the / OW BUD
- Manages the communication of technical spec standards and features to-from BTV PM's and tech Design to the KS Sourcing Team
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years' experience relevant factory or garment merchandising experience, snow products preferred
- Major in textile with college degree background is preferable
- Strong PC computer skills including MS Office and Outlook required
- Good written or spoken English and Mandarin required
- Good teamwork spirit
- Locate in Kunshan (昆山市) , work in Kunshan office and ACDC Development Center nearby office at Sportfield.
