职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 - Manage transfer and NPI project.
 - Provide technical support and guidance to production for engineering issues.
 - Conduct and coordinate in formal Process Validations including protocol development and execution.
 - Manage all technical aspects of the ECO process into production organization.
 - Ensure new processes have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the Champion for PFMEA, DFM, DFSS.
 - Candidate must have the ability to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with team members.

 REQUIREMENTS:
 - B.S. in Mechanical, automatic control or Electrical Engineering.
 - 3 years of experience working in medical device manufacturing and finished medical devices.
 - Experience working with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO Quality Systems.
 - Project management skills.
 - Experience with Agile and SAP.
 - Process verification and validation knowledge.
 - Lean manufacturing concepts and understanding.
 - Effective communication skills with superiors, subordinates, and contractors.
 - Ability to adapt to evolving projects requirements.
 - Problem solving skills.
 - Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and integrity when making decisions. 举报 分享
