Day to Day Responsibilities:
Process customer PO
Receive PO and confirm its completion and correctness
Load PO into system and trigger internal process
Work with cross function Corning team and CMs to confirm the expected shipment date and feedback to customer
Monitor the order progress.


Coordinate shipment
Confirm exact shipment date between customer and corning team.
Prepare all necessary shipment document (corning and Customer)
Confirm packing condition
Real time coordination of logistics
Record and resolve shipment issue, if there is
Payment collection
Records shipment status and payment status
Reconciliation between customer and Corning
Remind customer payment


Weekly & Monthly Report
Prepare weekly/monthly report to reflect:
Quantity of order
Revenue
On time delivery rate
Balance of back order
etc

Education & Experience
Bachelor degree (with 5-10 year experience) in related fields
Experience in glass parts or auto parts business is a plus

Required Skills
Strong CSR experience with good understanding of shipment terms and practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Mandarin are “must”
Outstanding interpersonal, telephone, skills are “must”.
Good cross functional team communication skill. Experience in multiple team work.
Strong problem solving skills, and independent execution skills
Quick learner with clear and logic thinking, effective priority skills
