Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads regional business development initiates for Solar Segment to meet goals;
- Develop new services offering for solar segment to fill Development pipeline;
- Launches new and existing services in designated market in cooperation with Sales and Business management;
- Manages and coordinates on a segment basis go to market plans and initiatives;
- Position works on strategies with, sales managers, business managers and Solar Director;
- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings;
- Assists Segment leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans;
- Supports global Business Development function on initiatives;
- Performs other duties as directed;
- In-depth knowledge of the Solar Industry and target markets.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering or selling services to Solar Project developers Banks, EPC or other related parties in the solar value stream;
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally 5 years of experience in highest value corporate account management or 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience;
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts;
- Ability to sell “at the highest level” with a compelling value-add strategy approach;
- Demonstrated ability to identify value propositions and develop & launch services.
