   1. 主力领导及管理国内电子商务团队开发国内网上商店业务，持续提升生意额及国内的知名度

   2. 协助编制日常营运及工作流程，确保服务水平达到规定标准，包括：

• 客户服务工作流程，如处理查询/投诉等
• 收款确认流程
• 物流仓存管理流程，如送货流程、退换货流程等
• 产品目录上载及管理流程等

   3. 协助策划国内网上商店的营销活动，包括：

• 站内推广活动
• 会员推广活动
• 客户关系管理

 

要求：

• 本科或以上学历，电子商务、市场营销专业毕业，MBA优先
• 5年以上电子商贸营运经验，能有效策划全年工作计划及监管营运效益，具丰富online marketing (网上推广)经验获优先考虑
• 熟悉电子商务网络营销、网络推广渠道和方式，具建立产品销售渠道经验
• 熟悉网站架构和相关网站，熟悉互联网主流业务，热爱时装，有丰富的时尚产业相关经验
• 具良好的内部沟通能力，能在指引下发挥设计专长并独立工作
• 有出众的数据分析，敏锐的市场洞察力与反应力
