职位描述：
1、负责公司电子商务整体形象设计，把握B2C网站、淘宝店铺等各品牌网店的整体风格和视觉呈现，全面提升公司电子商务网站的整体视觉效果；
2、全面负责公司创意、文案、平面及设计的评判和指导工作，配合公司整体的营销策略以达到预期市场效果；
3、负责对创意设计成员进行专业培训和指导，挖掘、激发设计人员的创作热情；
4、建立并细化设计部相关工作流程，协助公司其它部门相关工作的开展并提出建议；
5、参与公司电子商务网站、资讯频道、网店、邮购目录创意设计方向的制定，并与相关部门配合，提供确实可靠有创意的方案；
6、协助货品部门进行拍摄的策划；
7、带领并指导设计人员的创意构思及执行，确定电子商务网站、资讯频道、网店、邮购目录（包括视觉、网页、店面、广告、包装、礼品、品牌艺术表现等方面的基调和表现形式，以及要达到的营销与传播效果；
8、运用专业的商业智慧和审美观，配合市场营销部门制定相应的营销和设计策略。

任职资格:
1、美术设计或相关专业，专科以上学历；有扎实的美术功底，良好创意思维和理解能力，对网站色彩.构图等元素触觉敏感，创造力强；
2、有网络广告（含flash动画）设计，平面广告设计经验；
3、对淘宝以及拍拍等网店设计以及广告Banners设计熟悉；
4、1年以上网站设计和软件界面设计工作经验；具有英文网站设计开发经验的，或具有用户体验设计产品可用性等相关经验的,可优先考虑；
5、对欧美网站的设计等内容理解透彻, 掌握英文文字排版技巧。
6、熟练使用Adobe Photoshop.Adobe Illustrator.CAD等界面设计软件；
7、熟练使用Dreamweaver.Fireworks.flash等网页设计软件，熟练掌握DIV+CSS2.0的网站架构，熟练手写HTML代码；
8、具有良好的团队精神.学习能力.诚实敬业；
9、了解网站页面和软件界面设计的开发流程，能够适应产品在开发中，反复修改.经常变化的特点；
10、有互联网电子商务工作经验者优先。
11、面试时请携带作品进行演示。

·Degree in design or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years in media industry
