岗位职责：

1. 按公司业务/购物网站的需求，完成系统分析、设计、模块编码及调试工作。

2. 负责公司网站的开发和维护，优化网站程序和页面，并确保平台的稳定性及安全。

任职资格：

1. 从事网站程序开发工作2年以上；

2. 了解JAVA程序开发，掌握Hibernate，Spring等技术框架，熟悉JSON数据传输技术；

3. 精通javascript、Ajax等技术；能够基于DIV+CSS设计丰富的页面展现，并能与网页设计人员合作共同完成页面的制作；

4. 熟悉url重写、伪静态的使用，熟悉SQL的优化；

5. 了解SEO并能应用到程序开发；

6. 具有良好的代码编写风格，熟悉Web程序代码安全；

7. 掌握基本Linux系统操作维护以及Apahce+JBoss相关配置技能；

8. 有网络、系统、硬件维护经验者优先。
